We are excited to look back on 2023 on all the incredible events and memories made. Nine Nova Scotia athletes travelled to Berlin for the Special Olympics World Summer Games, celebrating three years of award winners at the Inspired Gala and Auction, winter & summer Provincial Games as well as events like the Polar Plunge, Truck Convoy and more!

Last Friday in Toronto, four members of Special Olympics Nova Scotia were celebrated for their achievements at the Special Olympics Canada National Awards Luncheon.

Congratulations to:
Peter McCormick - Coach of the Year Award 
Matt Walsh - Athlete Community Excellence Award 
Lauren MacRae - Rising Star Coach of the Year Award
Jessica Cranton - Athlete of the Year Award
